How do I care for my garment?
To maintain the quality of your garment, we recommend either hand washing or machine washing on a delicate cycle. For drying, low heat or air drying by hand works best.

How long will it take to receive my order?
For normal orders, we ship within 5 - 10 business days. For made-to-order items, there is a 3–4-week processing period. Once shipped, delivery times range from 3-6 days, depending on the destination. Please note that we are not responsible for lost or stolen items once the order has been handed to the shipping carrier.

What is the difference between made-to-order and one-of-one?
One-of-one garments are unique pieces, handmade and clearly marked as such in each collection. Made-to-order products are crafted specifically for you after purchase, ensuring a personalized touch.

Do you accept returns?
Due to the small scale of our business, returns are considered on a case-by-case basis. We cannot accept returns for details clearly outlined in product descriptions or for made-to-order items. If you’d like to request a return, please reach out through our contact page.
